Own vendor management across multiple regions, setting the standards and controls for onboarding, compliance, contracts/rates, performance scorecards, and capacity planning. Direct the full RFP lifecycle from intake to award, leading scoping, pricing, and executive reviews, and converting requirements into clear, executable plans with accountable milestones. Set the operating rhythm (KPIs, dashboards, weekly reviews), aligned procurement and logistics, and enforce corrective actions and payment structures to protect margins and timelines.
